While grieving the loss of a loved one, it can be stressful and overwhelming thinking about conveying property according to your relative’s wishes or as prescribed by law. Jody has seen this first-hand, particularly following the loss of her own father in 2019. Jody is passionate about providing competent, efficient and caring representation to guide her clients through the probate process from start to finish during this challenging time.
Jody graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010. During law school, Jody served on the Texas International Law Journal and in the Immigration Clinic. Since law school, she has enjoyed using her legal skills for volunteer work within her community, including providing free legal representation to an individual seeking asylum and serving on the board of a non-profit organization that provides legal assistance to minors.
Jody also enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and young fraternal twin boys.
